Free Shipping
We are delighted to offer free shipping across India on all orders. There are no hidden charges or minimum order requirements.
Order Processing and Delivery Time
- Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days from the date of order dispatch, depending on your location. Please note for remote areas, delivery may take an additional 2-3 business days.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) orders will be charged with Rs 100 as processing fees.
- For customized orders, additional shipping charges may apply based on the dimensions and weight of the package. Specific details will be provided during the order confirmation process.
- In case you are willing to place bulk order (more than 5 units), please contact us for support and assistance at contact@thetoycafe.com
- During busy periods such as holidays or unforeseen circumstances, there may be a delay in processing your order. In such case, we will keep you informed via email or call.
- Our delivery partners will make up to two attempts to deliver your order. If the delivery fails after these attempts, the package will be returned to us. Please note for redelivery, additional shipping charges may apply.

How Do I Track My Order?
- We’ll send you a shipping confirmation via email or SMS when your order ships. This email will contain carrier name and tracking number of your shipment. Customers can check the status of their order by logging into their account at www.thetoycafe.in or carrier partner’s website.
What if I received Damaged products?
We ensure that all products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please contact us within 7 days.
