At The Toy Cafe, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and how we can assist you.
Eligibility for Refunds
We have a 7-business day return policy, which means you have 7 business days after receiving your item to request a return.
You shall be entitled to a refund only under the following circumstances:
- Damaged Product: If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at contact@thetoycafe.com . Include your order details and photographic evidence of the damage. We will assist you with the return process for the damaged item and facilitate a refund or replacement
- Purchase Error: If an error directly attributable to us has occurred during the purchase of a product (such as incorrect item shipped), you are entitled to a refund. Please reach out to our customer service team with photographic evidence within 7 days at contact@thetoycafe.com to resolve the issue promptly.
- Refund will be initiated post assessment by our customer care team on the basis of genuineness of the scenario. Same will be communicated to the customer via E-mail.
- Product Condition: To be eligible for a return the returned item must be in its original, neat packaging, undamaged, unused, in the same position as the buyer received it, without losing its merchandise appearance (labels intact, protective film intact, etc.). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to claim the returns.
- Others: In any other scenario, Return or refund is subject to our policy and assessment by our customer care team.
Additional Refund Policy Points
- Kindly note that customised orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product being damaged during shipping. All return shipments must be prepaid, packages with outstanding fees will not be accepted. To avoid issues with lost returns, please ensure your return shipment is insured and tracked, as we are not liable for missing packages.
- Inspection of Returns: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds will be issued only if the product complies with the established refund criteria.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as when the item is not in its original condition, damaged during reverse shipping, or has missing parts not due to our error.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Us: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at contact@thetoycafe.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order details and the reason for your refund request.
- Provide Evidence: For damaged products or errors, please provide photographic evidence to expedite the refund process.
- Upon receiving and inspecting your return (typically within 2 business days), we will process your refund (if applicable).
- The refund will be applied to original payment method or credit note.
- Depending on your credit/Debit card issuer, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to be posted to your account.
Please note – In Case, Wall Flex is showing sign of use or in a condition different from the original cannot be returned.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will offer an exchange at no additional cost. Please contact us to arrange the exchange.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them for a full refund.
- After this time, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
