Does the wall flex damage the wall when removed?

It particularly varies from wall type. There may be some paint like Cement paint commonly known as Distemper, kacha paint which may come off while removal but we recommend using warm heat(hair dryer) to loosen the adhesive and slowly peeling of the flex for best results.

 

How much space do I need for this product?

This Multipurpose Magnetic flex should be requiring a smooth, flat surface, whether on a wall or another desired area, and will require approximately 4 feet by 2 feet of space.

What materials is it made of? Is it safe for kids

Our flex and toys have a magnetic layer which are designed to be safe for children. They are non -toxic and suitable for indoor use. All shapes in playset are made of child friendly and safe foam material with no sharp edges.

How do I clean magnetic flex after use?

We like to use wet wipes or damp cotton cloth for wiping and making it ready for fun again.

Can it be removed and re-apply somewhere else?

We recommend minimize removing and re- applying as this may weakens the adhesive impacting the results.

What kinds of walls/surfaces are not suitable to paste the wall flex?

We advise to avoid applying on wallpapered walls and on the walls with distemper or any Kaccha Paints as it may cause damage to the surface.

Can I restore this after first application?

Surely. Process is simple just save the white film after the first application of magnetic flex. To re-store the flex carefully remove the magnetic Flex from wall and cover the backside with the white film again. Please check the process video of the same on our social media for all the instructions before applying the white film. However, we recommend minimizing removing and re-applying as this may weaken the adhesive and will affect its performance.

What products work on Magnetic flex for writing?

For writing or drawing use only temporary markers like whiteboard markers (no permanent markers) , sketchpens , brushpaint , poster colours (no acrylic paints) - only water based pigments .

How durable is this?

The product is designed to last for a minimum of 1-2 years, provided that all the instructions are carefully adhered to during use and maintenance.
